These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and tala77 ("tala77," "we," "us," "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the tala77 online gaming platform available at tala77.vip, including all associated games, services, features, and promotions.

By registering an account, accessing any game, or making a financial transaction on tala77, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on tala77, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active tala77 account.
• You are a resident of or currently located within a jurisdiction where access to and participation in online gaming through tala77 is lawfully permitted.
• You are registering and playing in your personal capacity and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from tala77 or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform through a still-active exclusion period.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, or close relative of an employee of tala77 or any of its affiliated service providers where such participation would represent a conflict of interest.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, including any jurisdiction in which tala77 has specifically restricted access.

tala77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period stipulated in any such request may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

The following terms, when used with initial capital letters in these Terms, shall have the meanings set forth below:

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) tala77 Account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tala77 employs active technical controls and manual review procedures to detect and prevent duplicate account registrations.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. This includes, without limitation:

• Your legal full name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document.
• A Philippine mobile number that is registered in your name and that you actively control, to be used for OTP verification and account recovery.
• A date of birth accurately reflecting your age, which must be 21 years or older at the time of registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tala77 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes transmitted to your registered mobile number. tala77 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. You must notify tala77 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. tala77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

tala77 accepts deposits exclusively through payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. You may not deposit funds using a payment method registered to a third party. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability and any applicable transaction limits.

The minimum deposit amount on tala77 is ₱100 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your tala77 Account Balance within seconds for e-wallet transactions (GCash, Maya) and within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes for bank transfer transactions, subject to the processing times of the respective financial institution.

tala77 does not accept deposits in cash or via any payment method not listed in the Platform's active payment section. Attempted deposits through unsupported channels will not be credited and may be returned, less any fees imposed by the originating financial institution. tala77 accepts no liability for losses arising from the use of unauthorized payment channels.

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set forth in this Section. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is (a) registered in your legal name and (b) the same method or institution used for the most recent deposit to your Account, where technically feasible. tala77 reserves the right to require matching between deposit and withdrawal channels to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.

• GCash and Maya withdrawals: processed instantly from tala77's side; funds typically arrive in the Player's e-wallet within seconds to two (2) minutes.
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, QR Ph): processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes, subject to receiving bank processing schedules.
• 7-Eleven CLiQQ: processed within one (1) to four (4) hours during CLiQQ operating hours.

• Your Account must be fully verified (21+ age verification completed) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Only real-money funds that have satisfied any applicable Wagering Requirements may be withdrawn. Bonus funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements are non-withdrawable.
• tala77 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals exceeding applicable thresholds, in accordance with PAGCOR AML requirements.
• Withdrawals are subject to daily, weekly, and monthly limits that vary by VIP tier. Current limits are displayed in the withdrawal section of your Account dashboard.

tala77 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of verification procedures, reasonable fraud screening, or investigation of suspected Terms violations. tala77 will communicate the reason for any delay to the affected Player within a reasonable time.

tala77 offers various promotional programs including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, daily cashback credits, and referral rewards. All bonuses are governed by these Terms and any specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time it is offered.

• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational use only. Strategies designed to exploit bonus structures without normal gameplay intent ("bonus abuse") are strictly prohibited.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligible Player unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Duplicate accounts created to claim bonuses multiple times will result in forfeiture and account suspension.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and will be clearly labeled in your Account dashboard.
• Unless otherwise stated, real-money Balance is wagered first. Bonus funds are applied after the real-money portion of the wager.
• Bonus credits and any winnings derived from bonus credits become withdrawable only after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied within the specified validity period.
• tala77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that all bonuses already credited to Players' Accounts at the time of any such change will be honored under the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

All RNG-based games offered on tala77 — including slot titles, bingo, and fishing games — operate using certified random number generator software that is independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. tala77 cannot alter, override, or manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are disclosed within the game's information panel prior to play.

Live dealer games are streamed from professional gaming studios meeting international broadcast and operational standards. Live dealer outcomes are determined by physical means — card draws, wheel spins, dice — in real time and cannot be influenced by tala77 or any third party. Game history and round results are logged and available for review.

In the event of a technical malfunction, interrupted connection, or system failure during any game session, tala77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account Balance. tala77 is not liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by the Player's internet service provider, device failure, or other circumstances outside tala77's direct control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tala77 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of Balance:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or any verification process.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated strategy with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or sports betting markets.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the Platform. Any such error must be reported immediately; exploitation will result in forfeiture.
• Using the tala77 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.
• Allowing any other person to access your Account, including sharing login credentials.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any similar service to mask your actual location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.

tala77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable individuals from gambling-related harm. All Players are strongly encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within the tala77 Account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

tala77 operates exclusively for individuals who gamble for recreational purposes with funds they can afford to lose. Gambling is not a legitimate strategy for generating income or resolving financial difficulty. If you believe that you or someone you know may be experiencing a gambling problem, we encourage you to seek help promptly.

tala77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 08.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.
• Extended Account inactivity, subject to applicable notice requirements and the treatment of dormant balances under Philippine consumer protection regulations.

Upon Account closure for reasons other than Terms violations, tala77 will return any remaining real-money Balance — after deducting any applicable bonus amounts that have not met their Wagering Requirements — to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period. Where Account closure follows a confirmed Terms violation, tala77 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Balance in accordance with these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tala77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tala77 Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tala77 shall not be liable, in any circumstances, for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if tala77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

tala77 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency outages, and circumstances beyond tala77's reasonable control (including Philippine telecommunications infrastructure disruptions) may affect availability. tala77 will endeavor to communicate planned maintenance in advance.

All content on the tala77 platform — including but not limited to the tala77 brand name and logo, game graphics, user interface designs, software code, text, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of tala77 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any tala77 content without prior written authorization.

tala77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules, as well as PAGCOR's data protection requirements applicable to licensed online gaming operators.

By creating an Account, you consent to tala77's collection and use of your personal data as described in the tala77 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy details the types of data collected, the purposes of collection, your rights as a data subject, and the procedures for exercising those rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or validity thereof shall first be submitted to tala77's internal dispute resolution process by contacting tala77 customer support, which will endeavor to resolve the matter within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of a written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, the Parties agree to submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue agreed to be in the National Capital Region, without prejudice to PAGCOR's jurisdiction over matters falling within its regulatory mandate.

tala77 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform with the effective date clearly stated. Where amendments are material and affect Players' rights in a significant manner, tala77 will endeavor to provide advance notice via the registered mobile number or Account notification system at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the amendment taking effect.

Your continued use of the tala77 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure with return of your real-money Balance in accordance with Section 10.

Formal complaints related to these Terms will receive a written response within fifteen (15) business days. tala77 operates under PAGCOR's regulatory framework, and unresolved complaints may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official player complaints channel.
